 The word "Diet" can mean so many different things, and it's not just about the food that we put into our mouths. "Diets" aren't just about the aesthetics of your body, and many people have a misconception about what is actually meant by this.

 A diet trains and changes more than the way you look - your changing and opening your mind to to be in the right mind set, to be disciplined and challenge every part inside of you mentally, physically and emotionally. Not many people can do this, and struggle with this in their day to day lives. You will go through some serious changes, you will have down days and some awesome days. But thats because you are human. Learning to love yourself first, and nourish your body with amazing food, rich in vitamins and minerals that will stimulate your brain, satisfy your cravings and make you feel energised to concur the craziness of your day.

 A healthy relationship with food comes with changing your mindset and understanding .what you are actually consuming. Educating yourself on how YOU feel when you eat crappy processed, high fat and sugary foods, compared to how YOU feel when you eat foods that are clean, organic, free of pro radicals and non natural additives.
