If you don't try
then how do you know you can't "do it"?
How many times have you talked yourself out of something, or convinced yourself "you can't do it" or its "too hard?"
I hear this literally every day, from my own online clients and from work. The truth is - YOU ARE YOUR OWN WORST ENEMY! That's why you "can't do it!!"
Challenge yourself - next time you think something is all too hard, then try doing it? It might be a box jump in the gym because you're scared of the height, or scared that you will miss. How do you know if you don't try?
Baby steps... gradually build up. If you don't evolve how do you expect to succeed in life? Physical challenges, mental challenges, try to do one every day! Even try with a friend or your partner, that way you can have some support and encouragment!
It can be a slow process to shift your mindset, but when you do - holy moley the sky is the limit!
