When I first got to know Julie, she said she wanted to increase her weight training, eat cleaner and improve her overall health & well-being. Julie was already active and training around 3-4 times per week - but was looking for a change!
I set Julie a high protein, moderate carbs and fats diet, and she focussed on just weight training over an 8 week period with my plan. She did however complete an incredible 20km walk at Relay for life!
Julie aesthetically has slimmed down, toned up and maintained some nice lean muscle! She is looking fabulous and post program! She also said, " I loved using the app, so user friendly especially when I was training at the gym, I would highly recommend it. I’ve found I have more energy and sleeping great at night.
