I often hear people say that they can't fit in the gym, or exercise, let alone make time for themselves. Which sucks, because as individuals, we should come first!
Understandably, work and family commitments do also need to come first, leaving little and less time to focus on our own needs. We can't unfortunately do it all, and im definitely guilty of that - Sometimes I over commit and jam pack my spare time with "stuff to do," or stuff I didn't get to do because I was busy ...
But the reality is, it doesn't need to be that hard, and this is where I can help. My passion for health and fitness has drawn many people into my life with similar circumstances, seeking advice and help with their training, but just struggle to make it to a gym.

Here is a short HIIT workout to do at home, at the park or backyard. Perfect for the busy mum or dad, beginners or people who can't make time or afford a gym membership!
- Squat jumps x 15
- Squat with pulse x 15
- body weight push-ups x 15
- Plant for 30 seconds x3
- Tricep dips x 15
- Ab crunches x 30
Repeat x 3!
